Bird strikes often occur where flight paths intersect with glass surfaces in cities, leaving traces on windows and digital screens. The artist discovered a billboard in the city center marked by such imprints, which remained for weeks while displaying tourism advertisements, an impulsive natural act of escapism and a longing to return to where we belong. This irony reveals the tension between human desire and ecological consequence, situated within a fragile conflict zone between urban life and the natural world. Through a video installation reconstructing the site, Habitat reflects on coexistence, vulnerability, and the boundaries where technology and wildlife collide.
